If the you the booker cancels- 

I am aware that there may be cancellations in some situations. Please be aware that cancellations have no repercussions. Please cancel your appointment using the confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. You can do this through your confirmation email which  grants you two emails when you make an appointment: one is a booking confirmation that lets you change the time of the meeting, and the other is an invitation to add the event to your own calendar.

If Scuba Suds cancels- 

Emergency situations are the only times I will have to cancel. Although it is uncommon, I will cancel the appointment and provide a reason for the cancellation if this does occur. If I cancel on you, I will give you 25% off your next detail as compensation for my inconveniences (this includes all packages). After that, I will advise you to email me or schedule another day. Just remember to include the phrase “rebooking a cancellation” in the “anything you want me to know” section of your next reservation.

Weather cancelation- 

In the unlikely event that it rains on the day of your appointment, I will reschedule it with your consent via email. Since the rain affects every detail, I am sadly unable to detail in it.

​​Terms- 

When the job is finished on site, you, the booker, agree to pay in full. This makes it possible to ensure that the task is finished and paid for in a way that is secure and comforting for both of us. In the case you are not attending the appointment state this in your booking and you will be prompted to pay prior to the job through Venmo, OR you can notify me you are leaving a payment somewhere for me to receive it.

I only accept Cash (preferred) and Venmo.
